TAMPA BAY · GERIATRIC MEDICINE & DEMENTIA CARE
Geriatric Care in Tampa Bay, Florida
Florida Elder Care serves Tampa Bay seniors with specialized geriatric medicine through the CMS GUIDE Dementia Care Model and the upcoming CMS ACCESS Model — Medicare-covered programs delivered via telehealth, remote monitoring, and coordination with your local care team. Serving Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, New Port Richey, and communities across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.
Why Tampa Bay Families Choose Florida Elder Care
The Tampa Bay region is one of the most senior-heavy metros in the United States, with Pinellas County alone having a higher share of adults over 65 than almost anywhere in the country. Hillsborough and Pasco add hundreds of thousands more. Many of these seniors are managing complex combinations of cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and cognitive decline — conditions where a general primary care physician isn’t trained to provide specialty-level geriatric care.
Our physician-led geriatric care team specializes in the cardiovascular-renal-metabolic disease clusters that are so common in Tampa Bay’s senior population. We coordinate with Tampa General Hospital, BayCare, AdventHealth Tampa, and James A. Haley VA as supporting institutions for your local care.
