Manoj Bhattarai, MD
Founder and Director
Dr. Bhattarai is a highly accomplished physician with the rare distinction of being triple board-certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, and Nephrology. His extensive experience includes serving patients at leading institutions such as Wellington Regional Medical Center, Lakeside Medical Center, Palm West Hospital, Bethesda Hospitals, and JFK Medical Center.
As part of his nephrology practice with Kidney Specialists of the Palm Beaches, he provides expert care across numerous hospitals and seven dialysis units in Palm Beach and Hendry counties. Dedicated to shaping the future of medicine, Dr. Bhattarai also serves as an Assistant Professor of Geriatrics, mentoring family medicine residents. His practice is defined by a deep commitment to providing personalized, compassionate care that addresses the whole person.

Rachana Sedhai, MD

Dr. Sedhai is a skilled, board-certified Internal Medicine specialist dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with complex medical needs. As an experienced hospitalist at Palms West Hospital since 2016, she has a deep understanding of acute care and is passionate about delivering evidence-based, compassionate medicine to older adults.
Dr. Sedhai extends her personalized approach through concierge medical services at several assisted living facilities, including Wellington Bay and Bella Mar. Her holistic view of patient wellness is enriched by her personal interests in gardening and interior design, reflecting her attention to detail and nurturing care.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bhattarai has been an esteemed member of the medical staff at institutions including Palms West Hospital, Wellington Regional Medical Center, JFK Medical Center, Bethesda Hospital (East and West), Select Specialty Hospitals, and Lakeside Medical Center. He is one of the 4 nephrologists at Kidney Specialists of the Palm Beaches.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Bhattarai also serves as an Assistant Professor, sharing his expertise in geriatrics with family medicine residents at Lakeside Medical Center and Wellington Regional Medical Center. As an Internal Medicine specialist, Dr. Sedhai has been providing exceptional and specialized care to patients with complex medical conditions in her role as a hospitalist at Palms West Hospital since 2016. She is passionate about delivering compassionate and evidence-based care to older adults, ensuring their unique needs are met with utmost dedication.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Sedhai finds joy in indulging her interests in gardening and interior designing. These personal endeavors not only provide a creative outlet but also contribute to her holistic approach to patient care.
Our Nurse Practitioner
Marni Hochman is a family nurse practitioner with a focus on geriatrics.
Marni has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1999. She has had a concentration of practice in the home health setting and have a vast experience with hospice and palliative care. She also has been an adjunct professor with Barry University since 2008.
Marni enjoys working with patients and families, and making a difference in their life. Working telemedicine allows her the opportunity to speak with patients that often live alone, or spend much of their days alone.
